Prior to the lodging of the application, there are series of steps which we handle for you without any additional burden on you.
Preparation of the building plan (blueprint) as per the prescribed format of the governing authority.
Preparation of affidavits, any NOC application forms (if necessary) in the prescribed format on behalf of you. You will have to sign the affidavit when ready and provide us for lodgement.
Site Inspection.
Obtaining any pending documents (such as recent Khata extract, EC, Tax paid receipts, NOC, etc.)
We take care of the all the above steps and lodge the application on your behalf, and liaise with the Government officials for getting your approvals in time.
Building Plan Sanction (within BBMP Limits)
Depending on your site jurisdiction and construction type, your building plan sanction from BBMP will be done within 30 days*.
This depends on the availability of all the documents, and from the date of lodging the application.
Building Plan Sanction (Panchayat/BDA/ Outside BBMP Limits)
Outside BBMP limits, the plan approvals can be both easier and difficult depending on your site location and the Planning Authority falling under the jurisdiction.
While most of the plots outside BBMP will need some clearances and Offline Application processes, depending on your construction type, your building plan sanction may be done in about 4-6 weeks time, sometimes longer.

Construction Estimates for Bank Loan
The banks require a registered engineer to certify the construction estimate in the format approved by them.
We will prepare/ evaluate your construction estimate for the same.
